Will Harris | Founder

Will Harris is one of the co-founders of Bridge F61. His career began agency-side where he worked on a succession of brilliant brands, including Orange, Tesco, Stella Artois and Pepsi. In 2000, as Chief Marketing Officer, he led the rebrand that created O2 before moving on to Nokia where he was UK Marketing Director and then CMO for Asia. After roles as global Chief Marketing Officer of two brands under LVMH, Will became CEO of Mission Media. In 2015, he became Chief Marketing and Strategy officer at Karhoo, and in 2016 he took on the role of Chief Marketing Officer for Battersea Power Station, Europe’s biggest regeneration scheme. In summer 2018, Will founded Bridge F61 with his friend, John Nichols.

John Nichols, Founder, Bridge F61

John Nichols | Founder

John Nichols is one of the co-founders of Bridge F61. His career began in retail and commercial marketing working for Oddbins, Seagram, Kingfisher, Sainsbury’s and Nokia. John became West Europe Marketing Director for Nokia in 2010, and then moved to Finland in 2013 when he became Global Brand Director for Nokia. This included global geography GTM program execution.

In 2014, he made partner at Microsoft and after an amazing time with what is now the world’s most valuable company, he decided to leave the corporate world in 2017. After several years of consulting privately for innovative tech start-ups and big brands, he called his old colleague Will to discuss what might happen if they went into business together – In summer 2018, Bridge F61 was born.

John believes that measurability is necessity, not luxury, and results are everything. He is obsessed with technology, purpose-driven brands and working with great people.
Fazia Cater, Financial Director, Bridge F61

Fazia Cater | Financial Director

Fazia Cater is Financial Director at Bridge F61. After starting her career at PwC, she moved to Markel International in 1998 and became Group Finance Controller. In 2007, Fazia became EMEA Financial Director at Fox Interactive Media, before leaving in 2009 to become Chief Financial Office at Human Capital Search.

With experience in professional services, digital media and financial services, Fazia brings her commercially-driven focus and ability to drive results in fast paced businesses to Bridge F61.
James Ebdon, Partner, Bridge F61

James Ebdon | Partner

James Ebdon is a partner at Bridge F61. He began his career as a consultant, before joining Nokia in 2003. Over the course of ten years, James rose through the ranks, running UK marketing strategy, operations and governance. In 2013, James founded Sheldraker - a consultancy offering marketing strategy services to leading brands and agencies, before becoming Marketing Director of the Oscar and Emmy award winning Oxford Metrics Group Plc. James moved on to become Marketing Director of Freeformers, a digital transformation consultancy, before his role as Marketing Director at AnyVan, establishing brand leadership and partnership development for one of the UK’s fasting growing e-marketplaces. In 2019, James joined Bridge F61.

James is passionate about digital transformation, world-class strategic planning and analytics, and robust marketing execution.
Sonja Healy, Consultant, Bridge F61

Sonja Healy | Consultant

Sonja Healy is a consultant at Bridge F61. She began her career in advertising, before managing some of the UK’s biggest events and executing brand strategies multiple UK businesses across e-commerce, airlines, fashion and tech. As well as orchestrating major B2B tech summits, and experiential brand launches, her strategic comms and brand visual skills have helped her turn failing platforms into award-winning functions.

Sonja has spent her life as a true global citizen. Born a Finn, she was educated and developed her career across the Middle East before returning to Europe (and maybe Finland, one day).
Zain Hirani, Consultant, Bridge F61

Zain Hirani | Consultant

Zain Hirani is a consultant at Bridge F61. He began his career in financial services, supporting businesses through the financial crisis and later evaluating and managing investments in strategic industries including renewable energy and telecoms. After completing an MBA at INSEAD, he broadened his experience to include education technology, financial technology and VR/AR experiences. Zain’s career highlights include being COO of an EdTech company, and launching a cryptocurrency tracker product.

Zain is passionate about strategic planning, and is an obsessive analyst. He enjoys using his skills to break complex problems down to find real-world solutions.
Nicole Ocansey, Consultant, Bridge F61

Nicole Ocansey | Consultant

Nicole Ocansey is a consultant at Bridge F61. She began her career in the UK hospitality industry, leading the digital marketing team at one of London’s most pioneering social culture brands, Street Feast. At Battersea Power Station, she was responsible for delivering a brand new digital comms and content strategy to launch Phase 1 of Europe’s biggest urban regeneration project, growing the brand’s digital footprint exponentially. Nicole is passionate about content strategies, and believes that brand messaging relevance is at the heart of consumer loyalty, retention and stable business revenue and profitability.

Nicole is a detail-driven, digital native who takes great pride in ensuring Bridge F61 clients get exactly what they need, when they need it.
Emily Laws, Consultant, Bridge F61

Emily Laws | Consultant

Emily Laws is a consultant at Bridge F61. Emily has worked for both daring start-ups and category leaders in the food, drink and hospitality industry. She began her career in restaurant and travel PR, before heading up the PR and Marketing team at pioneering street food business, Street Feast. At premium mixers brand Fever-Tree, Emily looked after brand activations and strategic partnerships, managing the relationships with brand partners and directing their year-round activation programme.

Emily is passionate about building brand love and loyalty, helping businesses reach audiences through telling interesting and engaging stories and creating unique experiences.
Malachi Fagan, Project Leader, Bridge F61

Malachi Fagan | Project Leader

Malachi Fagan is Bridge F61’s secret weapon. As the office manager, project leader and key client liaison, Malachi has the most unique background in the business. The culture of Bridge F61 was in part borne from Malachi’s natural humility and pride. Whilst completing a BA in Music, Malachi worked on below the line advertising for the Ministry of Sound. As well as taking on mentorships for young people across the UK music industry, he has driven new thinking into London’s Diversity Project and works across all Bridge F61 clients.

It is said that one should never stop learning. Malachi is the living embodiment of progress and never settling.
